Heritage Park

The girls loved this little water feature outside Heritage Park! The water feature is cute but those girls are cuter!!

Once inside Grace and Audrey got straight to work doing the laundry! Scrub those towels clean girls! We learned we are very grateful for a washer and dryer!

Savannah wringing out her towel getting ready to hang it out to dry on the line! They had so much fun visiting the past - but decided they like the future just fine!

Grace tried walking on stilts with the help of daddy! It didn't go so well - but she sure gave it her all! This is the little log cab where the girls did all the laundry. It was so small just two rooms and 10 children lived there - the girls were amazed at what life was like for the pioneers!

Savannah and Grace on their pony ride!

Grace snuggling a lamby - we have a million pictures of her with this little guy - she loved cuddling! She loves animals and could have stayed in that pen all day caring for them!

Grace sitting on a fence in a barn - she had been watching some little piglets and then just turned and was gazing out in the field. I just love her zest for life, she goes a mile a minute and doesn't slow down! She is curious and adventurous and just a joy to watch!

The girls are in front of Brigham Young's summer home - leave it to my little Audrey to strike a pose! Grace loved the wrap around porch that really did circle the whole house - she ran around and around it! Audrey and Savannah loved meeting Brigham Young! Audrey wanted to ask a question so bad - but in the end her nerves got the best of her and she never asked it. As we were leaving she finally told me her question - she wanted to know how many children Brigham Young had - I wished she would have asked him - because I didn't know the answer! Anyone know??

Hey girl, I love all of the updates! We are going to UT in August for a reunion and were planning on going to Thanksgiving Point the day before. (That's where you were, right?) Maybe we should steal your ideas for the Brigham Young house and Krispy Kreme, too!!
